Lectra helps you turn lectures and study materials into transcripts, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and organized study notes.
What can I import into the app?
You can record lectures directly in the app or import audio files, PDF files, text, and YouTube links.
Does the app create transcripts automatically?
Yes. Lectra processes supported content and can generate a transcript, along with study materials such as summaries, flashcards, and quizzes.
Can I use the app for exam preparation?
Yes. The app is built to help with review, active recall, and exam prep by turning long content into study-friendly materials.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases.
What should I do if a file does not process correctly?
Contact support and include details such as the content type you imported, what happened, and your app version if possible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: play.google.com/store/account.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase, open the app, and use Restore Purchases if shown.
How do I delete my account or data?
If the app has an account, use Delete Account in its settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel that first. For help, email info@msadykov.dev.
